Purpose:
To give students the opportunity in a practical setting to use the empirical and theoretical knowledge they have acquired from the previous study on a specific problem in a company/organizational-setting. Through the internship students moreover have the opportunity to get insight into organizational issues, processes, and working methods and to concrete market conditions under which the company may operate. The internship, hence gives students the opportunity to gain insight into and understanding of some of the many challenges that a company meets.

To achieve the purpose of the internship, the learning goals of the course are that the student:

It is important that the report shows a clear coherence between the analysis section and the action section i.e. the section that contains the suggested solutions to the given problem.
• Account for and reflect on the contents of the study program in the context of experiences when performing the tasks connected to the internship
• Present results for the company.
