Content - Key areas:
The course will explore the trends in digital educational tools and HCI.
Students will as part of the course present theory in the field of learning or HCI in relation to their bachelor projects.

The student should be able to:
  • understand theories on emerging learning paradigms in new digital learning materials
  • explore trends in new emerging digital learning materials

  • explain theories on digitally supported learning  
  • explain trends and ideas of emerging digital learning materials

Form of instruction:
The lecturer illustrates the theory primarily by means of examples whereupon the students guided by the lecturer solve a sequence of assignments.

Examination conditions:
Teaching is partly theoretical and partly practical. The teacher and students will together identify the theories, they will investigate. Part of the theoretical presentation is carried out by the teacher. The students must provide and present designs, theories, and analysis of digital learning materials.

Evaluation
Individuel internal examination without co-examiner. Approved/Not approved by the teacher.

The approval is based on regular attendance. Regular attendance means participation in at least 80% of the lessons. Satisfactory participation means that the written and oral presentations and assignments are assessed as passed.
